Inspira Advisory & Consulting Limited ( is a strategy consulting & business research firm based in Dhaka run by a group of professionals graduating from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka, Oxford Saïd Business School, and few other top business and economics schools across South Asia. Within a span of 6 years, Inspira has served close to 100 clients including Key directorates and ministries of the Government of Bangladesh, Bi-lateral donors, Corporates, Local Conglomerates, UN agencies, and nonprofit organizations (NPO) for conducting sector research, cost-benefit analyses, socio-economic studies, market system assessment, feasibility studies, market scanning, and private sector development. About the Role:
The associate will be expected to handle client engagements & project delivery in association with Inspira’s portfolio managers and technical team leads. . Specific job description includes:

  • Support Senior Associates/Team Leads in designing the research plan, project proposals, concept notes etc.
  • Conduct data collection activities through household surveys, focus group discussions, key informant interviews, online analytics, etc.
  • Data filtration, entry, analyses using analytics software tools.
    Synthesize research findings with the guidance of the project supervisor to develop valuable insights/conclusions.
  • Transcription of research findings, Development of internal and client-ready reports/presentations.
  • Conducting field visits (inside and outside of Dhaka) whenever necessary.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients in verbal and written communication channels to maintain good relations
  • Generate ideas for collaboration opportunities with clients, media outlets, government and development organizations, etc.
  • Conduct follow-ups for future collaboration opportunities with existing clients and partners.

Work Hours: 9 am – 6 pm, 5 days a week (Work from the home facility)

Monthly Salary: Negotiable, will be determined according to the candidate’s expectation, performance in the assessment test, and relevant experience in the sector (if there is any). There will be 2 Festival bonuses and yearly increments as per company policy.

Other features of the opportunity

  • The candidate will be required to work from home (WFH), no office commute shall be required till the pandemic situation stabilizes. 
  • Internet and Mobile bills for the WFH period will be provided by the office.
  • Any travel/field research expense will be borne by the office.
